Peter Jarman FCCA- Principal - Qualified in 1984 - specialising in all business matters including accounts, tax planning and business structures. By drawing on 25 years of business experience, Peter offers practical accounting and tax planning opportunities. Interests include boating, cricket and football. Peter is also a trustee of a charity that has received Lottery funding of £2m to regenerate a local cinema.
Kayvan Khoroosi ACCA - Kayvan became a fully affiliated member of ACCA in 2009. Specialising in all Limited company matters, partnership/sole traders and personal tax.Kayvan is also an expert in all business related matters - Interests include rugby, football, athletics, golf, whale watching, Ancient Greek civilisation and worldwide travel. Kayvan is also a keen runner training for his first half marathon.
Selda Thorpe- Selda is an ACCA finalist with 10 years experience and deals with the accounts and compliance of limited companies, corporate tax, personal tax, VAT and marketing - Interests include photography, foreign languages and cultures, far eastern cooking and alternative music. Selda also loves to visit museums and art galleries.
Steve Brunt - Steve deals with the in-house accounting for the firm and is responsible purchasing and credit control. He deals with Vat returns, bookkeeping, Limited company accounts, sole trader and partnership accounts, CIS and all Companies House matters. Interests include music, football (now retired and sorely missed from the Sussex Sunday League), boxing, red wine and strong coffee.
Mark Parsons - Mark is our PAYE and payroll specialist. Mark deals with Company, sole trader and partnership accounts, as well as personal tax matters. Interests include playing football for the mighty Shoreham Panthers, pulling the strings in central midfield. Other interests include tennis, cricket and fantasy league extraordinaire.
Leayan Choi - New to the profession and currently studying ACCA. Her role incorporates PAYE and payroll duties as well as sole trader accounts and personal tax. Interests include frequenting the gym.
